    • SAFE USE OF LADDERS AND STEPS TRAINING COURSE

    The use of ladders is commonplace in many working situations; however they are also responsible for 14 deaths a year.

    When used correctly they will allow access to locations usually inaccessible. When used incorrectly they can be the most unforgiving piece of work equipment.

    COURSE OBJECTIVE

    This basic Ladders & Steps course has been developed to equip operators with the information required to conduct their work safely. Knowledge of pre use inspection will be gained along with the ability to assess whether ladders are the most suitable equipment for the task.

    WHO SHOULD ATTEND

    All personnel who in the course of their work use steps, ladders and trestles.

    PRIOR KNOWLEDGE

    An awareness of Health & Safety issues would be an advantage but not essential.

    Start Time: 9.00am
    Finish Time: 1.00pm
    Cost per delegate: £ 100. Exc vat

    Half day courses include tea/coffee and hard copy notes
    Full day courses include tea/coffee, buffet lunch and hard copy notes

    Please Note:

    We also offer tailored courses at a cost of £495 ½ day and £925 full day Exc vat for up to 20 delegates; these are held in house at your premises or venue of your choice. There is an additional cost for hard copy course notes. Electronic course notes can be supplied free of charge.
