WORKING AT HEIGHT REGULATIONS AND RISK ASSESSMENTS COURSE

Falls from height are the biggest single cause of workplace deaths, and one of the main causes of major injury. The Work at Height Regulations 2005 defines work at height as work in any place where a person could be injured if they fell from that place.

COURSE OBJECTIVE
This course is based around the Work at Height Regulations 2005. It is designed to give delegates an understanding of the regulations, and what these mean for the employee as well as the employer.

The course covers risk assessments and shows delegates how to plan any work at height, including equipment selection and how to put measures into place to prevent falls. The course can be tailored to individual companies needs.
