The disability discrimination Act 2005 requires that all commercial and public services make adequate provision for disabled people.
Meeting your duties under the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) can save you time and money and even make you money. COURSE OBJECTIVE
The ‘uninformed’ can intentionally or unintentionally discriminate against a disabled person through their employment practices or service provision.
By undertaking this DDA training, businesses can acquire an understanding of this piece of legislation thereby enabling the development and implementation of new strategies to avoid such discrimination.
